Want to enhance your special occasion or corporate event with some relaxation and wellness? Roam and Om can bring the yoga studio to you, wherever you are. As long as there is space for a mat, there is space for your mind, body, and soul to stretch wide. You provide the location – in home, vacation rental, office or special spot – and we provide the mats, props, and yoga experience.
Yoga classes help your team start the day with a fresh, clear mind and a limber and comfortable body. Whether you’re heading into (or finishing up) a long day of workshops and meetings, or getting ready for a wedding ceremony and reception, our classes can be catered to your group’s needs and ensure a calming, fun experience that will leave everyone with a smile.

Individual Private Lessons
If you would like a more personalized yoga experience, we’re here for you. Roam and Om offers private individual yoga sessions that focus on YOU! We believe yoga is for all bodies and we also understand that all bodies move very differently from one another. Brielle teaches yoga in a way that brings in stability with each movement and encourages you to move in a way that feels supportive and nourished. Instruction is infused with asana (yoga poses), free movement, mindfulness, awareness of the breath and loving kindness. Each session is created specifically to meet individual needs.
Brielle deeply values the practice of Restorative Yoga and can weave this into your lesson or indulge you in a complete restorative practice. A Restorative Yoga practice is all about supporting the body with props and resting in stillness to bring in ease, release and a more grounded nervous system.
This is a great opportunity to explore yoga at your own pace, develop a home practice or just get some one on one guidance.

Roam and Om Yoga Classes are a perfect option for groups celebrating special occasions such as bachelor and bachelorette parties, birthdays, girls weekend, family, retirement, bridal parties, or whatever is bringing you and your people together. These events are also a unique and fun way to show employee or client appreciation, celebrate employee wellness or break up a day of meetings.

Roam and Om will provide yoga mats for all participants. You are welcome to bring your own if you prefer!

To receive a full refund, groups must notify Roam and Om at least 8 days prior to the start of the yoga hike or event.
4 to 7 Days prior: Cancellations 4 – 7 days prior to the event will incur a 50% cancellation or rescheduling fee. $10 per person administration fee applies.
0 to 72 hours prior: Cancellations within 72 hours of the event are non-refundable.
Roam and Om will make a final weather call between 2 and 24 hours prior to your event. Guests may reschedule at no cost or receive a 100% refund if Roam and Om cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
NOTE: If individual members of your party need to cancel, we will refund that group member in full provided that the minimum thresholds for group size are met.

There is no cost to reschedule your tour or event if done so at least 8 days prior to your scheduled date. Rescheduled tours must be set for the same year and rescheduling is based on availability. If your scheduled tour is in less than 8 days, there is a 50% fee to reschedule. Due to the fact that we are a small business and can only lead one tour at a time, there is no rescheduling within 72 hours. Changing your plans will result in a forfeit of 100% of the event cost and you will need to book a new event in order to reschedule. Thank you for understanding as we strive to be as flexible as possible.

That depends on a lot of factors. We are in awe of the power of the body during pregnancy. At the same time some bodies need to take it more easily than other bodies. In order to participate, we ask that you have a conversation with your OB or midwife to confirm that it is safe to participate. Anyone pregnant should inform your Roam and Om guide so we can offer modifications throughout the yoga practice. Likewise, please inform us in advance if any participants have medical conditions, injuries or allergies we should be aware of. If you have allergies - especially to stinging insects or plants which we may encounter in the outdoors - please bring an epi pen if prescribed. We ask that you consult with a doctor prior to physical activities if you have any medical conditions.

We welcome beginners to our classes and will try to create a flow that is accessible for everyone in your group.
We encourage everyone to listen to their own bodies regarding yoga participation.

Private groups require a minimum of 4 people. We welcome smaller groups of 3 or less, but the minimum booking cost is equivalent to that of 4 people. For example, if two people want to go on a private Yoga Hike, they will still pay a total of $$ (the cost for 4 participants), which means the per person cost is $$.
